I am a tutor who believes that any of my students are capable of learning Science. I believe that the skills required by scientific thought are crucial to obtain in one's life. Being able to use the critical thinking skills and process that come along with Science is a very useful trait to possess. I have worked as a private tutor in a variety of different subjects, with Science being my favorite. Right now, I am a teacher at a charter school, and I teach classes that focus in Honors Chemistry, Food Science, and AP Chemistry. In the past, I have taught Biology, which I enjoyed. I have also done a lot of one-on-one tutoring in the field of Science as well.I am available to help students in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, IB Chemistry HL and SL, Honors Chemistry, Life Sciences, Science, Physics, Algebra 1, Math, and ACT English, Reading, and Math.I graduated from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, where I earned a B.A. in Chemistry, as well as a B.S. in Biochemistry. Later, I graduated again with an M.A. in Education.When I'm not busy with teaching and tutoring, I love to go hiking, cook different foods, and learning trivia.
